In order to secure a seat at Al Madina International Kindergarten, the following steps must be followed:
- Step 1: Contact the Kindergarten via WhatsApp on +974-30339887 and request for a seat for your child. You will be asked a few preliminary questions such as date of birth, age of child, any previous school.
- Step 2: Book an appointment for an interview with the appropriate staff member. You will be asked to bring the child along for a simple age-appropriate assessment.
- Step 3: An application form will be provided to the parent during the assessment visit. Fill the form and return back to administration along with the following documents:
• Qatar ID Copy of the Child
• Qatar ID Copy of the Mother
• Qatar ID Copy of the Father - Step 4: If the child clears the assessment and trial session, the following must be paid to confirm the seat:
• Application & Registration Fee QR1500
• Seat Reservation Fee QR500 (which is a part-payment towards Tuition Fees)
