Drop off Routine
Bus Students
Students using the bus service will be informed about pick up timings by the assigned bus driver. In case the child will not be attending school, the driver must be informed well before the pickup time.
Own Transport
Students using their own transport must arrive to the kindergarten between 7:00am and 7:20am. Please note we do not have any child care facilities available before this time.
Late Slips
For security purposes, a late slip must be filled out at the security gate for any child arriving later than 7:30am.
Pick-up Routine
Bus Students
Students travelling by bus will be boarding the bus in the presence of a coordinator at 12:30pm. An attendant will be travelling with the children to ensure their safety and comfort.
In case a child will not be boarding the bus on a particular day, the school should be informed at the drop off time. Last minute requests cannot be catered for.
Pick up pass
Parents/Guardians of children not boarding the bus will be allotted a pick up pass. This is to ensure the safety of your child. We have a “no pass – no pick up” policy which we will be strictly adhering to. Additional pick up passes may be issued upon request.
Student Sign Out
Once a child has been picked up from the kindergarten, all parents/guardians must sign out on the sign out sheet provided at the security gate. This is to ensure the safety of your child and to avoid any unpleasant circumstances.
